Day One – Rooting into the Journey
Your arrival marks the beginning of a sacred unfolding. Together, we’ll open the retreat space in ceremony — grounding our intentions and honoring the wisdom of the Earth.
Through hands-on exploration with clay, you’ll reconnect with the Earth element, remembering the stability, nourishment, and strength that already live within you.
As the day unfolds, immerse yourself in moments of journaling, meditation, or nature connection. Later, we journey with Water, flowing through expression and surrender as you explore watercolor as a sacred medium.
The evening invites you into the heart: a Cacao Ceremony & Sound Bath — a blissful fusion of ancient ritual and vibrational healing. You’ll sip ceremonial cacao, open your heart, and bathe in the soothing resonance of crystal bowls and sacred instruments.
Day Two – Creative Awakening
The morning brings spaciousness — a time for reflection, private sessions, and nature walks that deepen your personal awakening.
Then, we gather for the sacred art of Despacho — a living prayer bundle created with intention and gratitude. This beautiful offering connects you to the unseen realms and the spirit of reciprocity with Mother Earth.
In the afternoon, we dance with the element of Fire, exploring the transformative magic of encaustic painting — molten wax infused with light and emotion.
Later, you’ll be guided by the Air, awakening your breath and creative flow as you explore freedom of movement and wind-inspired practices.
As night falls, we gather around the fire — storytelling, drumming, and soulful connection beneath the vast, starlit sky.
Day Three – Embodiment & Integration
On our final day, we honor Ether, the unseen element that connects all things. Through mixed media and gold leaf, you’ll create a sacred piece that embodies your transformation — a luminous reflection of your journey.
Our closing circle is a space of reflection, gratitude, and integration — a sacred sealing of the energetic container we’ve woven together. You’ll leave feeling grounded, inspired, and radiantly connected to the creative current of life itself.
