Cancellation Policy
**Session Booking Policy** To provide the best experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to our booking policy: 1. **Cancellations & Rescheduling** - We require at least **24 hours notice** for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to offer your spot to others who may be waiting. - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to **50% of the session cost**. 2. **Late Arrivals** - Please aim to arrive on time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other appointments. 3. **No-Show Policy** - If you do not show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, the **full session fee** may be charged. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us create a balanced schedule for all our clients.
