Hour Two: Chakra Diagnosis & Healing with Frankey Once your body is settled and your energy receptive, you’ll step into Frankey’s realm of energy medicine. She begins by tuning into your chakras to identify any imbalances or blockages that may be affecting your physical, emotional, or spiritual well-being. Using a personalized combination of breathwork, sound healing, aromatherapy, crystal therapy, and intuitive guidance, Frankey will clear, align, and activate each energy center—restoring the natural flow of life-force energy throughout your system.
